Cookies 'n Cream Cookies

Alright, y'all, here we go. Here's to the recipe that we've pinned a million times, drooling over, thinking, if only I hadn't eaten all of our remaining Oreos... because if you're like me, a package of Oreos doesn't last an hour in the house. Not even kidding.

But I've always wanted to make these. I will attest to loving anything cookies 'n cream flavored until the day I die. These cookies are right up that alley of addiction.

I had made them for everyone at Awesome Inc. because Saturday, they were having a big clean-up day and I couldn't be there (because of an ACT class. The ACT controls my life.), so I did what I always do in doubt and made cookies. Side note: cookies solve all problems and make you lots of friends. Don't know what to bring to a party? Cookies. Someone's mad at you? Cookies. Meeting new people? Have a kick-butt batch of cookies and you're made in the shade.

Just doin' what I do best.

Anyway, I dropped them off after my class and they loved them. Every time I'm there, they always have Oreos, so I figured this was the best idea, and it was. I mean, who doesn't love Oreos?!

There are lots of Cookies 'n Cream cookies recipes out there, but I chose this one because it included Oreo pudding mix and white chocolate chips (white chocolate chips are starting to be my go-to for every recipe, by the way). I was most definitely not let down by this recipe!

I had made the dough during the afternoon, but had to wrap it up and stick it in the fridge before I left for my last home high school football game (again, how am I a senior??), which was lots of fun! But I'll tell you what, the dough is addictive. It tasted like the sweetest cookies 'n cream ice cream I'd ever had and definitely was unlike any other cookie dough I've ever had. I was afraid that I was going to eat all of it before I even baked the cookies. No worries, though, this recipe made me 70 cookies.

Cookies 'n Cream Cookies
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 package Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 & 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 10 Oreos, chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in pudding mix, then add in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  • Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt, then stir in chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop 1 tbsp. balls of dough onto cookie sheets, then bake for 14-17 minutes or until tops start to turn slightly brown. The brown won't be that evident, but be sure to take them out as soon as they start to change color.
  • Let cool and enjoy!

What do you think of these cookies? What do you love cookies 'n cream flavored?

  1. It would be nice if you told people how much baking soda to put in. It would be helpful.

Well thank ya for wanting to leave a comment! I love reading what you think! xoxo
