Awesome Inc. is pretty awesome

I love awesome things. All I write about are things I love and things that are pretty stinkin' cool, so when I got set up with Awesome Inc. for my mentoring project, I couldn't have been any happier.

Our senior mentoring projects are individual, 200-hour capstone projects, with each of my Academy classmates doing a research project or some other huge thing throughout the year. I lucked out and already had a huge thing infiltrating my life, so it wasn't too difficult in deciding what to do. But when I started working with Team Alpha at Awesome Inc., I knew that I had really lucked out. All of my friends have really cool mentors and projects, but they don't get to say that they have to wear wristbands to meetings and strut out of them.

That's why I'm sharing something that I really love about them!

Awesome Inc. is all about doing cool things, helping people learn how to do cool things, and promoting an entrepreneurial spirit. They've already helped me so much with my business and I'm anxious to see how the rest of the year will go!

All that being said, Awesome Inc. is also really dedicated to learning about coding and computer programming. "Why is all that stuff important?", you ask, "I'm not getting into all that computer stuff!" But au contraire mon frere, coding is really important (want 5 reasons why?), no matter what you do. I had never realized how relevant it is until recently, so I'm pretty pumped to be taking the Basic Web Development Crash Course soon! "What do you mean? There are classes?! I'm not smart enough for that!"

Look, I don't know much at all, either. Heck, I'm just barely trying to get by with this blog and ask interrogate my tech-savvy friends all of my questions. But, here's Awesome Inc, just being awesome. They offer basic crash courses on web and app development on the weekends. It's amazing. So, to all of my readers in my area, check out the courses they offer and their website!
